
Mills Marina is a perfectly located marina; half
way between Richmond and The North Carolina Outer Banks by land and great for those looking for
a resting point before moving on to the next leg of the Inter-Costal
Waterway. Easy to reach from the Elizabeth, York, Potomac, James and
Nansamond as well as the Chesapeake and Mobjack Bays.

By Land:
- Take Interstate 64 to Fort Eustis Blvd.
(Exit 250)
- Take Fort Eustis Blvd. East toward US
Route 17
- Take a right onto US Route 17 and go to
the second stoplight
- At second light, take a left onto
Goodwin Neck Road
- Go to second light 1.5 miles (2.5 km)
and turn right onto Seaford Road
- Go 2.4 miles (4.1 km) through the town
of Seaford and turn left onto the second Back Creek Road
- Go 0.5 miles (0.8 km) and the Marina
will be at the end of the Road

By Sea:
- Go Northwest (320 degrees) in the
Chesapeake Bay following the shipping lanes toward the York River
- Once you reach G"13", set
your heading to 233 degrees toward Flashing R 4s 15ft 4M "6"
- Once reaching the Flashing R 4s 15ft 4M
"6", set your heading to 292 degrees and go to Flashing G 4s 18ft
5M "3"
- Follow the channel bearing left up the
creek and Mills Marina is on the left.
